If for any reason you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue an exchange within 15 days of product arrival. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sales of earrings, sale items, and shoes are FINAL sale. Ginger Spice Boutique Reserves the right to refuse an exchange based on the condition of the returning item. The return total will credited back to the method that was used for payment. Ginger Spice is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
